Mossburn Blended Malt Scotch Whisky SYRAH Protein (g): <0Mossburn are cask experimenters, and this Island Blended Malt is a successful example of their excellent work. Initially blended from American oak barrels of whisky from the Scottish islands, the resulting whisky was then filled into ex bourbon barrels with toasted, virgin European oak cask heads (aka 'Mossburn Cask Bill #1'), adding an extra kick of spice.
