Hopefully, the designers at Wizards of the Coast will do more play-testing for future sets to make sure that the cards the cards they print are well-balanced, and wont break formats
If they dont cast a spell and you get to flip this, assuming you cast a random 3/3 creature the following turn, this card is accounting for eight damage by itself, which is pretty absurd for a three-drop and doesnt require that much to happen
Power Copying: "Ditto" ( Genetic Apex ) has the move Copy Anything, a 1 Colorless attack that allows Ditto to target any attack on the opposing Active Pokmon and use it as its own
Strategy wise, this card works well later in games when you have a fair amount of fighting type energy in the discard pile, you can then use Diamond Gift a turn or two and get your benched Pokemon set up quite quickly and allows you to use less energy cards in your deck since you can reuse the same ones over and over
