Make sure you've got a card draw engine to ensure you don't run low on instants and baiting people into action might make this deck one of the better fits for the impetus cycle which calls upon opponent's creatures to attack your opponents

A lot of those effects are in the 4-5 mana range themselves so you're built to power them out, and this scales nicely to the late game so it is never a dead draw unless your board has been completely wiped

You can also cast a spell with bestow as an Aura

Im also a fan of Dittos Copy Anything in this deck, as you can have Ditto copy the attack of any opposing Electric-type or Water-type Pokemon if they have the same amount of Energy and same Energy-type
