Basically, players can sacrifice the card to grant indestructible to an allied creature along with a piece of equipment Zack Fair once used
When that spell or ability resolves, Dovin's Veto won't be countered, but any additional effects of the countering spell or ability will still happen
This time the ability is even more impulsive, as you do have to discard your hand to use it, but that is not a problem for a low-curve red deck, which probably isnt holding anything at this point anymore
This means there are, at minimum, five versions of all 156 Pokemon: a regular card, a Reverse Holo, a Rainbow Poke Ball Reverse, a Masterball Reverse Holo, and either an Illustration Rare or a Secret Illustration Rare
However, I think it will become much less viable, due to how the rest of the metagame will evolve
