Although I may try it with different Commanders to see if it makes a difference

You could happen to find it as a sorcery with Aminatous Augury or recast it with Mizzixs Mastery, and Im sure people who run Arcane Bombardment wont regret adding this 8-drop to their sorcery pile

So why would the black version be worth more than that
