A few days ago, a rumor began circulating in the Pokmon TCG Pocket communities that, like Pack Points, Hourglass Packs would change with the release of new expansions

It does not affect triggered abilities with other trigger conditions, such as "whenever [this creature] becomes tapped." (2/18/2022) Isshin's effect doesn't copy the triggered ability
You can also utilize it with any repeatable sacrifice effects, creating situations where if your opponents arent going to have a creature die, you can still draw your card
