I suspect this card will be a key component of big and greedy mana decks and a fine card in most green decks

This goes in just about every deck that can spare a slot, from mono-red Commander to Modern, Legacy, and Vintage

And yet, I think this mana value/ability combination works fine enough to create a niche for it under the lead of Celes, Rune KnightCeles, Rune Knight

I ask this because I don't want to accidently get used to just for fun rules, then to have my cards be pulled as tournament illegal, and have to make a new deck all over again

Most of these white mana ramp cards are for the Commander format, as that's where this MTG color really needs to be ramping the most
