Once per turn, it can target a Spell/Trap on each field and destroy them and when it destroys a monster by battle, you can target and add to your hand, 1 of your Beast, Beast-Warrior, and/or Winged Beast monsters in GY or banishment
The Deck has some good upsides, but its downsides just bring it down from any sense of viability
