I dont think tuners can get much better than this

While some duels of the Waking the Dragons / DOMA arc are available via DLC (and Link Evolution), the Virtual World / Noah Kaiba arc is entirely absent

Otherwise, shes fairly strong, and I wouldnt be shocked if she breaks into Standard at some point next year

The deck thinning from dropping extra land helps, but I would recommend about 10 cards that have some form of drawing, meaning you should bump into one by at least turn 3 every game
