We decided that the most recognizable image of San Antonio was the old Mission of the Alamo and Davey Crocket fame

and the Chamber of Commerce there provided him with a photograph of that dealership taken in the 50’s or 60’s

I used a very low point of view to make this car seem even meaner

Finding it to be a true slice of Americana, I created The Lunch Break to celebrate its history and distinctive decor, including perfect dinette style tables and chairs as well as yellowed posterboard schedules of Oklahoma University football back to the 1940s.
