We finish the process by adding a wild Fermanagh honeysuckle syrup which gives a more balanced and natural sweetness. The carefully crafted balance of flavours brings harmony to this spirit intense plum, almond and berry fruitiness from the sloes and soft sweetness from the honeysuckle accompanied by our juniper forward Double Gin giving you the
