Description

I created a fictional wall

“Nellie’s Old Screen Door”  places the coupe and convertible in front of a wall sign for Nesbitt’s Orange Drink from Springfield

I’ve done web research on Sandy’s and found a lot of different locations to authenticate the colors I’ve used in the painting

The wall behind the Z06 was based on a very faded sign in Dallas advertising a defunct railroad named the Texas and Pacific

including perfect dinette style tables and chairs as well as yellowed posterboard schedules of Oklahoma University football back to the 1940’s

"At the Alamo" Frame Option:Unframed I created a fictional wallAt the Alamo was the Official Art for the 2017 NCRS Convention in San Antonio. NCRS member Jeff Cook wanted his 1967 Corvette to be the subject of the art and bought the original painting. We decided that the most recognizable image of San Antonio was the old Mission of the Alamo and Davey Crocket fame. The Corvette is a Marlboro Maroon 1967 convertible with a 427.
